What you're paying for
₹299 per report unlocks one specific entity (a CIN, DIN, or LLPIN) for your account. Lifetime access — the unlock never expires while we operate the service. You may not resell, syndicate, scrape, or re-publish our reports beyond your own personal or business use.
Data accuracy
Every field comes from MCA's public registry. We do not edit, augment, or speculate. Refresh frequency is approximately daily; the exact fetch timestamp is shown on each report. If MCA's record is wrong, Tthya's report will be wrong — your remedy is to request a correction from MCA directly.
Acceptable use
Reports are intended for due diligence, KYC, journalism, research, and similar lawful purposes. You must not use Tthya to harass, defame, or stalk individuals. We reserve the right to suspend any account we believe is being used to harm.
Liability
Tthya is provided "as is." Decisions you take based on our reports are your own. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is the total amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi.
