Why reports are non-refundable

A report unlocks instantly the moment Stripe confirms payment. There is no shippable artifact to return. You also keep lifetime access to the unlocked record. To protect against abuse (pay → screenshot → request refund), we don't issue refunds on completed unlocks.

Read the free preview first

Every report has a free preview that shows the field shape — counts, masked names, redacted addresses. If we don't have data on the entity, you'll see a stub page and the unlock button is hidden. Use the preview to confirm we have what you need before paying.

Genuine duplicate purchases

If you accidentally pay twice for the same entity from the same account, the second purchase is voided server-side and we refund it. Email support@tthya.com with the Stripe receipt number and we will action within 5 business days.

Service-level promise

If a report fails to unlock after a successful payment (Stripe confirms charged, dashboard shows nothing), email us — we will either grant the unlock manually or refund. This has never happened, but the policy exists.
